One of Hong Kong's most storied dining rooms, the Michelin-starred Spring Moon has been celebrated for its refined Cantonese cuisine since 1986. Chef Lam Yuk Ming's magnificent array of authentic preparations is served in a timelessly elegant space graced by Art Deco stained-glass windows.
We have reserved the dining room on the upper floor — an intimate space for our family's evening together.
