One of Hong Kong's most storied dining rooms, the Michelin-starred Spring Moon has been celebrated for its refined Cantonese cuisine since 1986. Chef Lam Yuk Ming's magnificent array of authentic preparations is served in a timelessly elegant space graced by Art Deco stained-glass windows.

We have reserved the dining room on the upper floor — an intimate space for our family's evening together.

Please note: the upper floor is accessible via staircase only.

嘉麟樓自一九八六年開業以來，一直是香港享負盛名的米芝蓮星級粵菜食府。林鈺明師傅以精湛廚藝，呈獻一系列正宗廣東菜式，於裝飾藝術風格彩色玻璃窗映照下的典雅餐廳中，為賓客帶來無與倫比的美食體驗。

我們已預訂二樓餐廳廂房，作為家人共聚的溫馨空間。
